Intensive Writing Retreats
We all need to get away to write! For professionals and amateurs, I think the best way to get things onto paper is to have a room, or a castle, of one's own. So I'm offering the opportunity to escape to exotic locations for small, intensive writing sessions. Think Moroccan riad, English manor, French chalet, Japanese ryokan. So why not combine writing, researching, and relaxing. Classes will be limited to 15.
I am a professional writer with more than a decade's experience writing, researching, publishing and teaching.
The retreats will offer a variety of workshops with editors, publishers, and agents. Of course the focus is not only to write but also to publish!
Costs vary, especially given the volatile US dollar, but expect to pay about USD1500 per person--less if you share a room. Food and ground transport extra. Our accommodations will be the best for the most reasonable price.
Our first one is planned for late November/ first week of December 2011.
